Personality: He hates taking orders from people that aren't as strong, or as smart as he is. That being said, he takes orders alot. He's slightly mentally unstable, but is perfectly capable of holding it together 90% of the time, and when he's around Adimus, he says he gets a natural good vibe from him, like a leader ought to give, and as such will follow his friend to the ends of the realm. Loud and brash, Lou has earned his nickname through his actions on the battlefield only a mad man would undergoe.
Likes: Explosives, axes, and alcohol.
Dislikes: Bad explosives, dull axes, and alcohol in the morning.
Fears: "Biting his own bomb", a stupid death, or losing in a stupid way to an opponent.

Basic Abilities, Techniques and Equipment

Equipment: Twin Hatchets that his great grandfather developed. One is imbued with shadow magic, whereas the other is imbued with light magic. Also, he has not one but two bomb making kits on him, and can make nearly anything into a bomb, and with his repair kit, can repair and pilot almost anything in the field. The man's a sort of genius, despite being bat shit insane. He is also equipped with twin short barrels he made himself, capable of rapid fire. Last but not is a dagger with a specially made 150ft chain attached to it that acts like a grapple hook.

Basic Powers: Well aside from an axe made of light that can burn you, and a shadow axe that can slow and cripple you, Lou's best power is his mind itself. Genius intellect is something that should never be overlooked. Also he can wield and bend light and shadow magicks.

Ability: Using his mana pool he can pour light or shadow magic into normal everyday items and turn them into light ot shadow based explosives. The power of the explosion depends on the size of the item, and the two elements each give a different set of effects. The light element can either give off a flashbang, blinding an opponent, or be so intense in light that it burns objects and lights them on fire.

The shadow element on the other hand, can either create an immense gravitational field slowing opponents down or crushing them, or attached shadowflame, which burns until whatever it's burning runs out.

Techniques: He fights duel wielding axes. Nothing too special here even with the magicks imbued onthem. What is special though is that at times he will link his hook dagger to them and swing the axes around on the chains, and even use them to grapple from far away. He is also skilled with short barrels and is a knife fighting expert.

Background Information

History: Luis Dela Montoya was born in Ellesmaria and was raised by the esteemed Montoya Boomers, the best bomb makers in the whole land. As he grew up, he learned that his own natural talent for bombs and explosives surpassed his own fathers, and eventually the family business passed into his hands. By age 22, Lou had the greatest bomb making facilities in all of Ellesmaria, and funded the war effort with great ambition. However, he grew wary of what the Ellesmarian king was doing with the war, and eventually began to despise the war, seeing that it was needlessly spilling blood for practically nothing.

He traveled to the various independant provinces, and began to supply them so that they may defned themselves. When word of this got to the King of Ellesmaria, and the king had Luis' entirely family detained and murdered. The only one to survive was his baby sister, who had been traveling with him at the time, and by way of rumor his Grandmother, although no one knows where she is now. This caused the already mentally weakened Lou to snap, and the Mad Dog Bomber vowed vengeance against him. He went to the strongest independant region, which was Karsten, and begged their Reagent King to let him serve. Looking for both vengeance, and his own death at his depression, Lou asked specifically to serve in the Yeoman Patrollers, and the Reagent King, at a loss for what to do, simply obliged him.

It was here where he met Adimus, and later on Pete, and the three have been an unbeatable trio ever since. After the fall fo Karsten, Lou followed Adi all the way to Armetisia and after finding out that Barlavaria and Ellesmaria had come together, and that Adimus' first assignment was to find a way to defeat them, he immediately signed up and started working for the Walkers under signing of contract.

"Now where in the hell did I put that part?" Lou said to himself scratching his head trying to piece together a bomb while in the middle of a battle. Adimus and Pete were doing their damndest to keep the enemy was swarming him as he laid he out the parts and assembled the pieces for the bomb that would ultimately destroy their target objective.

"Hey Lou, not to rush, but there's a small horde of angry thanes trying to rip mine and Pete's head off, you wouldn't mind hurrying the fuck up would you?" Adi said, urging Lou to hurry.

"Now now honey dearest, you know you can't rush genius. After all I'm working with left over pieces here since my bag kind of got burned up int he lost blast I made." Lou said sarcastically as he put the final piece in and set the bomb to explode. "Ok, time to go!" He said and the trio began their run for the hill where they watch the blast in comfort, far from the guns and arrows and fireballs and water bolts and all manner of bad stuff aiming to violently murder them. As they got to the top, Adi gave the order to detonate the the device and end the mission.

It was then that Lou was struck dumbfounded by his mistake. That dreary old mistake of leaving the detonater behind inthe room with the damn bomb in it."Adi, hey Adi, uhh, the triggers, uhh...."

"Where is the trigger Lou...."

"The trigger is down there Adi. In my haste I left it there. I told you not to rush me."

"GOD DAMN IT!" Adi said as he and the others turned to watch as th Barlavarian Thanes rushed into the bunker and claimed their prize. However, to their better fortune, the thanes weren't all too bright, and one of them actually picked up the trigger, and detonated it, like a damn fool actually played with it like a toy. So much so, the idiot pressed the buttonm thusly blowing him, his friends, and the objective, straight to hell.

"Oh happy days."
