This is a tool that I hope can be used by people wishing to make new characters or to divi up participation spots in plot-important threads.
This assumes that the information you put in your app is true. If you wish for the view of a specific character to be modified as you believe it is misrepresented, please comment.
If there is some type of influence that a character has that has not been taken into account ( See comments on objects of power/ effective immortality/ effective neutrality ) please comment.

Examples being, Luis and Pete are described as Mercs for Arm, as such, they are reported as part of Arm's influence, but with the potential to have 0 influence.
Items of power are objects with enough wide-resounding effects that it can have political or military effects. An example is Sinbad's Whistle, which can effectively be used to fight off a batalion of soldiers at the whim of a single user; however, since PC's are generally more powerful than (non listed ) NPC's, this is meant to effectively represent an item of power as less important than an entire other PC.
Effective Immortality, self explanatory.

?'s mean unreadable potential, except in the case of Adonia, who I could not pin as to whether she is on Arm's side or simply Neutral.

Neutrality is misrepresented in the pie-charts, always taking up 10% of the space. It is not accurate to compare the size of other factions to the Neutrality representation.

In the overall influence catagory for each of the five currently represented factions, the first number is effective influence, the paranthesis is Potential, and the ? means there is an unknown factor in the calculation.
NOTE: For Luis and Pete, this means that in they are not counted towards Arm's Potential, because, as of now, it is written that they are not guarenteed to be a member of Arm at any one time.

This is an indefinite work of progress and does not differentiate between overall Military Influence of a group, vs their political influence.

In the next post, I will go on to compare Plot Influence Value vs Effective Value of each Faction to determine an estimation of how many new characters the 3 ( Not Arm, Arm will be the constant, the estimation will assume the most represented faction has all the characters it needs ) other factions, as well as the unrepresented faction of Lijernia/Onochoan, who will be classified together.

Basicly the reasoning behind which factions need how much support coming in from new characters and to what degree.
