Equipment: He carries around a short 15" blade, with intricate designs engraved into the side, it represents a ninjato. He also carries around a metallic case with travelling cookware in it, such as a flint lit fire holder, pots, knifes, bowls. Ect.
Basic Powers: This male uses a combination of offensive magic, such as basic fire, water, lightning and water attacks. Along with his advanced hand to hand/ melee weapon style attacks. Though he usually just cooks, he will not participate in a fight unless it means losing his cookware or the loss of his/ the council-members life.
Ability: He can cloak into his surroundings, becoming near invisible with just a reflective outline.

History: Jacob was born originally into a family of beggars, who, believing he would get a better life, orphaned him. He grew up to the age of 13 in the "New Light" Orphanage, and was then adopted by the Cryastad merchant family. Jacob had a fine life with them, and was given almost all he wanted. His father wished him to become a merchant, but Jacob had seen chefs cooking extravagant meals at the restaurants they had gone to, and wished to become one himself.

This was something his dad was not proud of, he believed in being above the serving class, but none the less, he payed for Jacob to attend the north armetisia cooking academy. It was there that he trained, from the age of 17, to become a chef. He learned pastry baking, showmanship, culinary arts. He apprenticed at the age of 19 to the well known Chef Dezeo, famous for owning the White Dove restaurant in Arnamaeus City, the most prestigious serving establishments on the continent.

Jacob saw a piece in the local news one day, speaking of how the council was looking for a new chef, he was twenty two at the time. He had gotten a full time job at the White Dove, and made quite good money. But to serve for the council of seven, was an opportunity he couldn't pass up. He applied, and after nearly 2 months of trials, and exclusions, he was picked to be the head chef for the council of seven. The job as a member of the guard, was also kind of a part in the job description, he was not that good of a fighter, but a few months of training with the veterans and he was able to take on a walker. Not without losing many times more than once of course.
