Use/Ability Of Tech: A shield, basically. Hell Literally. It can repel almost any form of magic, and it's wielder becomes immune/ highly resistant to illusionists and telepaths. Also comes back to it's master based on thought, so no need for a psychic to recall it via his/her ability.
Power Supply: The actual source of this item was forgotten long ago, and there truly is no other shield like it in existence.
Weaponizable?: Technically, it is already a weapon.
Schematics: It has a diamond shape to it, with a slight angle downward on each side letting the force of blows be deflected with greater ease while keeping the shields integrity intact. It is also made of, or said to be made of more accordingly, from the bones of a dragon, the crystals gifted by the goddess of nature, and imbued by the light and blessed by the shadows.
Appearance: A diamond shaped shield that's angled slightly with a slightly sharpened edge all around it that glows with a silvery white glow. The connecting points for the middle of the shield are rounded so the user doesn't cut his or herself while using it. The shield itself is mostly black, with two gold colored stripes on the two sides of it meeting into the middle, where a diamond resides, of which emits a soft glow.
